• All return must be made by  prior written return authorization

• If you fail to get written return authorization,

•  Rebel Gears  has the right to dispose of your property without a refund.

• All return must be made within 10 days

• A 50% restocking fee will be applied to your returned items.
• Original shipping charges are non-refund able
• Customers must pay for return shipping
• We can not accept any returns on custom made sprockets
• We can not accept any returns on special orders
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for your check to be mailed

• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Packing slip
• Your reason for returning the merchandise

How are Orders Processed?

Orders are shipped through UPS. They are processed in order received.
The are processed Monday - Friday 8am-5pm., orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours after being placed.

 Please allow 1 to 10 business days for Ground delivery depending on your location in the U.S.

We do not currently ship to  APO, or FPO Boxes
